The Kitchen Table Academy is all about student tranquility, peaceful schools, bettering grades and improving graduation rates. We work together with students, parents and the schools to accomplish this.
We provide grants and educational scholarships for education. And we provide resources in the field of parenting, students, education and self-improvement.
Grant & Scholarship Award Programs
The purpose of the Middle School Music Grant is to provide a remarkable venue and experience for students where their emotional senses are awakened and they are inspired to advance musically, scholastically and socially. It also familiarizes students with the necessity of personal relationships and the harmony of an interrelated community through performances and visitations with local senior citizens.
The Silent Servant Scholarship Award rewards students for benevolence, a behavior and set of values that will sustain their families and communities for decades to come. The presentation of the award, combined with testimony by the recipient, offers a teachable-moment for their peers to be inspired by their empathetic and compassionate example.
The Pathways Club joins trauma-impacted students in their journey to recognize their strengths, celebrate their worth, and pursue a life of meaningful purpose. Through community service activities, public recognition and service awards, students with unrecognized potential learn that their circumstances do not define them and they have the power to choose a life with a higher purpose.
